Over a decade ago, I was in property management in a ski town, creating experiences for travelers from around the world. I loved making people feel at home in unfamiliar spaces. I loved the details. I loved the magic of it all.

But that industry eventually ate me up and spit me out.

What it didn’t take, was my passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

For the past several years, I've been doing that work in a completely different way…as the Retreat Alchemist, partnering with coaches, healers, and women founders to bring their retreat visions to life across the globe

I've supported dozens of female entrepreneurs in hosting successful, profitable retreats. I've been there for the sold-out moments, the "I can't believe this is happening" texts, and the post-retreat highs when they realize they just created something truly transformational.

I've also seen what holds retreat leaders back: the overwhelm, the pricing fear, the logistics paralysis, the identity gap between who they are now and who they need to be to lead at that level.

That's why I created The Forge.

Because I believe you don't just need strategy, you need transformation. You need to embody the woman who confidently leads retreats, charges what she's worth, and builds something sustainable.
